It's an awesome way to have fun and stay in shape. And did I say have fun?

 

Hospital Visits

Spring 2007: spent two nights in the hospital after crashing my longboard, causing me to have a concussion and bleeding out my left ear. Not a fun time. Wear your helmet.

Summer 2008: dirt-jumping in Canmore, sessioning the jumps for a while when I did a one-foot flatty. Couldn't get my foot back on which caused me to lose my balance, resulting in a roll in the dirt and a fractured right elbow and broken front wheel.
